Reminder to get those kids lots of sleep and a good breakfast. Their patience is running very thin with each other. We are having lots of issues on the playground with behavior, kindness and respect of one another and school rules. Thank you! Together we can do this!
Summer Birthday Party
June 1st @ 11:30-12:20.
I would love to throw a birthday party for all the kids who will have birthdays this summer. This will also be our end of the year party. I need your help. We need lunch finger foods, drinks, cake/cupcakes and ice cream. Party favors, party supplies, party games would also be an extra special touch. Maybe you have some old ones laying around. We also need parent help. Sign ups will be on the Facebook page.
Super Power of the week- Virtue of GRIT - Finishing what you started
P. E. - Kickball, wear running shoes and wear sunscreen/hat if needed. All kids are expected to participate.
Science- We studied how we can communicate with light. This week we will explore Morris code and how we can communicate with sounds.
Math- Still adding in the 10's place. This week we are working on regrouping with 10's blocks. Your first grade may talk about tens sticks, and ones cubes.
